FAQ

Before you start booking your lessons, you are required to register and create an account by clicking on REGISTER button. Once you create your account you may select the package that you are interested. Our web site allows you to book once payment is received. However, you are able to view available dates and time on our booking calendar before the payment.

We only accept credit cards as a payment method, and once the payment is acknowledged, a welcome message will appear in your email within a couple minutes.

All cancellation and rescheduling are required to be initiated one week prior to the lesson in order to be eligible for refunds or changes. It is strongly recommended not to book any lesson unless you are sure about your schedule and entirely committed to taking that session. When a student cancels a booked lesson close to the scheduled time, it not only takes away the opportunity from other students to benefit our service but also wastes our time and affects our revenue. We understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule your driving session, thus we allow you to do so online. However, the booking system has been set up so it does not allow repeating cancellations or rescheduling. We expect you to respect our time and business as we do yours. Please review the school policy entirely.

ICBC guideline requires a minimum of 60 hours of driving experience before scheduling an appointment for the road test (for more info regarding how to log your home co-pilot practice please refer to ICBC web site here. Your present skill level, the hours of home co-pilot practice and your commitment to become a safe and defensive driver are the key factors that determine the number of required lessons with us for any candidate.

Students are required to complete and sign the home co-pilot experience log and submit to the school prior to their road test. If you were under 19 when you applied for your driver’s licence, your parent or guardian— who signed in consent of your application— also required to sign this log form.

We charge at the competitive value of $90 per hour (plus GST). Since each lesson is 90 minutes long thus the cost of one lesson is $135 (plus GST). From time to time, we offer special price and we encourage you to refer to our packages for the specials. We are confident of our exceptional rate, and encourage you to look around to make sure that you are receiving the best quality training at the greatest value.

We only offer our road test package to the students who have signed up for at least one of our driving lessons packages. And we reserve the right to refuse providing our cars for the road test if our instructor does NOT confirm that a student is ready for the test. We believe not only it is unsafe but also presents a poor image of us if a student shows up for the test while he/she is not well-prepared.

Our Road Test package is only available to our students who have registered in one of our in-car lesson packages. We reserve the right to refuse providing our car for the test if our instructors do NOT confirm that the student is well-prepared for the test.

We recommend to book your road test with ICBC as soon as possible. Once you know the time and date of your test you may purchase our road test package. Please consider that we require a minimum four weeks notice to ensure that there is a time slot available for your test & warm up. Please make sure that you include the hour and half for the warm up when you are booking for the road test package. For example, if your road test at ICBC is at 10:50am, book your test package on our web site for 09:15am to ensure that 1.5 hours for the warm up has been covered. Also, make a note of the time and test location, 1150 McKenzie Avenue or 425 Dunedin Street, on our web site.

Please refer to our booking calendar for the most updated availability. But generally, we operate seven days a week from 07:00am to 05:00pm in Fall and Winter and 07:00am to 09:00pm in Spring & Summer.
